NAYPYIDAW, Jan 12 — Myanmar's junta chief Min Aung Hlaing met with a special envoy from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean), state media reported yesterday, as Laos takes over chairing the bloc and encouraging peace efforts in the country.
